They are trained not only on the "HOW" but also more on the "WHY" of their job. Good human relations and God-centered values that MHCFPI believes are good tools for the efficient and effective discharge of their duties and responsibilities are given more emphasis in MHCFPI 's employees/instructors training and development program. As institution of learning, MEDICA HEALTH CARE FOUNDATION OF THE PHILIPPINES, INCORPORATED is guided in its entire endeavor by an incessant search for knowledge, a passion of truth and respect for an academic freedom.
